Deloris B Spokane , WA November 23, 2015 Appliance: Model AP2031021 MADE BY GE. MODEL NUMBER ON OVEN Broiler element burnt out on very old oven I cannot not sing the praises of this company & their helpful & fast service. I am going to post the online site address w/my praises on my facebook page for my friends that live on ranches many miles from appliance repair shops & towns. The Oven in our house is for sure over 20 yrs old it was in this home when we bought it, the home is 33 yrs old & the Oven is a Wall Oven, there is not room for a standard Oven in this Kitchen. The Oven itself still looks very nice. About 8 yrs ago or more we replaced the elements after calling around town to repair & parts places to ask about fixing the Oven; I was told; " the Oven was too old & there were no parts for it." I priced a new Wall Oven & was shocked it would cost close to $1,000 to purchase a new one. I went online to search for parts & found them & my husband replaced both the old elements with the new ones in less than 1/2 hr. Within is less than 2 wks ago, the top element burned out, I found Appliance Parts Pros online, finding the site fabulous for novice appliance persons to search & find what they need, PLUS the site has a chat online who was super helpful & told me she would check with the experts for sure on the parts I thought would work & get right back to me . I heard right back from Chat, ordered my parts & the parts arrived in less than one week. The cost was very reasonable & saving us over $1,000 I'm sure in the yr. 2015. The man of the house had the top element installed within no time & now our family will have a yummy Thanksgiving after all. Thank you all who made this possible & have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Peter K Blue Springs , MO April 24, 2020 Appliance: Model GE JBP21G S2WH Range's bake element melted itself Our 25-year-old range's original Oven Bake Element melted itself. When it happened it looked like someone was using an arc welder in the oven. This seemed to be a potential DIY repair, especially after looking at the cost of a new range. So we Googled the oven's model number (GE JBP21GS2WH) and AppliancePartsPros.com was the top search return. (Way to go, SEO!) Clicking on this link brought up a web page of parts specifically for our model number with the parts sorted by popularity. The Oven Bake Element was the most popular item. (I wonder why?) So, after Googling the model number I was looking at my replacement part after just two clicks of the mouse. Sweet! I noticed the link to the walk-through video that detailed the installation of the element. I watched the video to be sure this repair was on my level of DIY. The video instruction was clear and detailed. It calmed any DIY apprehension I had. So we ordered the part and also ordered a new Broil Element (because it's probably due to melt itself) and a new Oven Rack (because I'm tired of trying to get the old ones clean). The package delivered in two days using the standard delivery option. There was no problem with the delivery, the order was correct and packaged well. The parts installed just like the video showed and the range now works just fine. AppliancePartsPros made this a very painless and quick DIY repair. Thank you and keep up the good work.
