Terry for Model Number FTF2140ES3 When I go to start my washer and I push the start button all it does is flash and all the lights come on when only the lock light and wash should be lit up to start. Can you tell me why this is happening. Thank you for your help
Answer Hello Terry. Check and make sure the door lock assembly 131763256 is good on the unit. If so, you will need to replace the control board 137005000NH.
