Jai for Model Number FTFB4000FS1 My washer will go through the wash cycle but does not do a final spin cycle , I checked the filter and there is nothing in it. Even when I manually put it in rinse cycle it will let a few drops of water in and just sits ,it will not cycle, the door light does not come on to indicate there is a problem with door switch. So what is the matter with my machine?
Answer Hello Jai. It sounds like you either have an issue with the water valve not filling the unit, or the door lock assembly is bad and will need to be replaced. Check and see if the valve is not filling the unit with cold water. If the valve is working properly, and the drain pump is working properly, you will need to replace the door lock assembly 131763256 on the unit. Read More...
