Glen for Model Number fafw3801lwf Just over 1 year old and stopped working. Checked errors and It gave me a e41 so took the the door switch out and looked it over and checked the voltage at j2 plug on the control board with door shut and unit running and have 120 volts on black wire to ground. After putting the front back together I am getting a e5e err could all this just be a problem with the control board. thanks for your help glen if I order the control board and it does not fix the problem can I send the part back
Answer Glen, With the 2 error codes that you are getting, it would most likely be caused by a faulty control board. Here is a link to our return policy: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/customerservice/returns.aspx Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, June 9, 2015
