Jacob B July 18, 2024 for Model Number FAFW3801LW3 I sent a question earlier but I hope to provide more clarity concerning my problem. The washer seems to stop during the spin cycles.(EG) It will get to 10 minutes, stop and starts back after I open and close the door. It took 35 minutes to finish the remainder of the load that way. I'm stumped. Thanks sincerely Jacob
1 Answer Jacob B, Based on the model and information provided I would recommend using the tech sheet provided with the machine to run the diagnostic test and check for any error codes as well. Read More...

Javier June 23, 2017 for Model Number FAFW3801LW3 I turn on the washer and it started to fill, after about 5 to 10 seconds it will stop filling, then 1 o 2 minute later it will start to fill . After 5 to 10 seconds it will stop again and 3 to 5 minutes later it will turn off. Please can you help me look for the right part to replace ?
1 Answer Javier, You will want to check the fill valve screens to make sure that there is no clogging in the valve. If this checks ok then the control board will most likely be the issue with the unit. Read More...
Georgio May 09, 2017 for Model Number FAFW3001LW0 Im having a mysterious issue with this washer & wondering if it might be the Control Board?? Sometimes it works just fine, & other times it will fill, wash, drain, & when it comes time to spin, it doesn't & will power off at that point. Then it will power back up if prompted, but will have to start from the beginning
1 Answer Georgio, If the unit will not attempt to spin and just shut down then this will be a faulty control board part number 137006005. Read More...
