Harold for Model Number FFHS2611PFAA This is a side-by-side refrigerator. The freezer is getting cold. The refrigerator is going off/on heat. The condenser fan motor works, the compressor works. I changed out the control board, did a test by sheet everything came out ok but ff still going off on heat, going to check the evaporator coil tonight. Is there anything else that needs to be looked at? I am lost. All food has gone bad please help thank you
Answer Harold, it would be recommended that the return duct and the air damper 242303001 are inspected for any blockages and that the damper is opening. If the freezer is reaching the proper temperature as verified by a thermometer, the evaporator and the fans are working properly.
