Bruce for Model Number 110.20022012 Washer goes out of balance often with medium to large loads. The loads do not appear to be noticeably out of kilter. The washer is level. The balance ring has fluid. None of the suspension rods/springs are broken. The tub does bounce up and down several times when pushed down and released quickly. Could the bottom tub/rod bushings be worn out allowing them to slide too easily on the rod? Do the springs get weak? What is the half round grommet on the rod above the tub mount bushing/ball socket for? It would appear it only indicates how far the rod has traveled downward through the tub bushing takes some effort to slide it on the rod.
Answer Hello Bruce. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the suspension W10780048 is bad and will need to be replaced. They do become weak over time. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, September 2, 2016
