Ian for Model Number Jenn Air JSD2697KEY We have replaced the water filter twice this month, after it appears to be clogged. It starts vibrating and the amount of water dispensed is at least half the flow volume. The ice machine appears to be unaffected. What part/parts do we need to replace?
Answer Ian, The first place to check or repair is the water filter head assembly WP67004106 or WP67006524 (depending on series number). The internal bypass control is most likely worn, and allows about half the water to flow, and causes the filter assembly to vibrate. Read More...
