Pm for Model Number MDB7749AWM1 First the soap dispenser failed to open. Then, a couple of weeks later, the start button wouldn't work, machine failed to turn on, however, the "heavy, normal, and light" buttons lit up. I bought a new control board and installed it in less than 15 minutes, while watching the excellent how-to video. It failed to operate. I remembered to plug it in. It still will not operate. I am stricken!! Please tell me what the problem is and let me know if I can return the control board.
Answer PM, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty control panel. It does sound like the start button may have failed with all other lights illuminating.
