Patricia L. for Model Number mvwc200xw1 The other day my washer got off balance and was shaking and banging really bad when I opened it one corner of the tub had fell down. With further investigation my husband found one of the suspension rods had came out. He put it back and checked the rest and they all seemed fine. We did find that the ring around the top of the tub had a piece broken out of it toward the back. It gets off balance and shakes pretty bad during the spin cycle not every load but quite often now.
