Wayne for Model Number WTW6700TU1 I have replaced the outer tub and reassembled the machine. The machine does not agitate. It only spins in on direction during wash cycle. I removed the wash plate but did not remove the hub. Then I tried lifting the wash basket. There is some play between the hubs. its like something is missing between the outer tub and the wash basket. Any advice as to what may have installed incorrectly wrong? Thanks
Answer Wayne, You will want to access the tech sheet and run a diagnostic to see if there are any error codes. This will give you a starting point for what may be going on.
