Quinn, You will want to check the suspension rods to make sure that there is no damage to them and that they are properly in place. Also check to make sure that the stator on the bottom of the tub is not broken or has piece missing from it. The other thing would be checking the inner tub to make sure that when you take it out there is a water type sound in it. If not then the inner tub would need to be replaced as the liquid inside is a saline solution to help balancing.
