Barbara W. for Model Number KSRT25CRSS01 Ice maker is not working no water making it to icemaker. Also on the lower hinge, refrigerator side make's a poping sound when door is opening. This happend once before. I beleave they replaced a bushing. Didn't last to long and it started the poping sound again.
Answer Hello Barbara. If the icemaker is working properly and sending power to the water valve when cycling, you will need to replace the water valve WPW10159839. For the door, you will need to order a new cam kit 4318165. It is best to change both door cams in the repair. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
