How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP6327227 / 5304514670 Main Control Board

We ordered a new control board, hoping for the best... my husband took out the old one and replaced it with this new one in less than 30 minutes, and lo and behold - IT WORKS!! So happy to have a dishwasher again! 

Replaced the circuit board for the dishwasher 

First I just order a new control panel. Turned out not to be this but the control assembly. Order the new control assembly, installed with the new control panel (why not, only a matter of time before it goes bad). Everything went great until I went to put the outside panel back on. The new control assembly was set up a little different then the original part. It was very difficult to get back on but finally did. It was frustrating that it didn't go back on the same way I took it off. With that said, the dishwasher is back up and working again. I will say the parts came very fast and the online chat was helpful. 

Replaced the board 

After determining the problem was a control board, which turned out to have a burned out relay, I ordered a new one from appliance Parts Pros. I then installed the new part and the dishwasher runs fine now.

Replaced the main control board. 

I looked at the parts diagram, and found you, folks, online. Looked at Youtube to see disassembly. Ordered the Main Control Board. It came the next day. Installed & problem solved. 

Being a mechanic, I pulled out the dishwasher and removed the pump, took it out in the garage and tested it, worked fine. reinstalled the pump and checked the voltage going to the pump found it to be very low voltage. Using the wiring diagram shown on the AppliancePartsPros.com website. I was able to determine it was the main control board. Ordered a new one from AppliancePartsPros.com, it arrived in two days, an exact match installed it and the dishwasher worked fine 

Got the parts in couple of days, replaced the control board and back in business!
