John K Boulder , CO October 20, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Freezer LFFH17F7HWD During a high wind storm the power was interupted several times the resulting power spikes knocked out the controller board on my frigidare freezer I contacted the online chat and the problem was confirmed that the controller board was fried. i received the new part in 2 days and the installation took less than 5 minutes. the freezer is now working and I saved $800.00 by not having to buy a new freezer. the freezer was only 4 years old. i am going to install a surge protector for the freezer now.
