David K Washington , PA January 24, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Freezer LFFU14F5HWA Frigidaire freezer quit reset when unplugged when plugged in would ran for a while then quit again until reset (unplugged) Replaced the user control board. Pried the old board away from the door with a screw driver, aligned the new board so the pins would slide into the plug and gently seated the new board in the door. Runs OK. Lawrence M Olive Branch , MS June 24, 2014 Appliance: Frigidaire Freezer LFFU14F5HWA I had lightning strike right by my house and the control board was blank no error code at all The freezer was still running but it was on high. I called an appliance company and they told me to unplug the freezer and this would fix the problem. Well this did not take care of the problem and the freezer shut down and would not restart at all. I ordered the part and replaced it in the freezer and the rest is history. It worked out great. Thanks for all the help.
