I paid a Sears tech $84. for a diagnostic visit, he informed me the washer would require a $350. repair to be made after another weeks wait for another appointment. He gave me a voucher suggesting I purchase a new machine, which I did. After picking up the machine, I installed and it did not work!!!
Called for tech support and ordered parts and scheduled another visit requiring another weeks wait. In the mean time while taking apart the old washer drier I discovered a broken suspension spring, so I came to you guys on line and ordered the $24.spring. The spring arrived before the Sears tech and my young son Josh and I lifted the tub and installed the spring, put things back together and we are washing laundry. We loaded the broken down new washer into the truck and my wife is returning it today for a full refund. Praise God and thank you for your prompt service.
