I used your 'how-to' video to change out the damaged bake element and replace it. The warning tips in the video were very helpful. I killed the power, then removed the screws that held the unit to the wall of the oven, pulled out the wires and made sure they were out far enough so as not to retract into the wall, as instructed. I then unhooked the connection from the wires, slipped on the connections and secured the connection. The connection was a little 'bendy' so I used pliers to hold it in place and a wrench to tighten screw. I used a six-sided wrench to tighten the screws to the wall. The original screws require a wrench. I was thrilled to see the unit heating up right away. What a thrill to see an oven that once again, heated up in only a few minutes as opposed to 25 minutes! The repair job took 20-25 minutes. I am so happy you carry replacement parts for older appliances. Thankyou
