How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2014008 / WB2X9154 Gas Range Oven Igniter

I was unable to locate a replacement part in my area, so I Googled it and found your company. Your website was very informative and easy to understand. Your site included a video, showing me the proper procedure to remove and replace the broken igniter. After this experience, I will go directly to your company for any future replacement parts. 

Ordered part from AppliancePartPros.com. Very easy website to work with. Prices are good. This particular oven piece is a very simple fix - minor exception being the 2 screws that actually hold igniter to burner. The engineer who designed needs a slap - the screws are at an angle under the burner, making it challenging to line the holes up for the remount. In this repair all I required was a socket set - all the screws are the same size, I also needed my wire cutters to strip off outside wiring covering and clean up contact wires before binding the new wires to the old. As to the parts sent - came on time and well packaged to prevent damage. In the end, was able to make Thanksgiving dinner by getting the right product in a 2 day delivery, repaired oven the day before being needed - was great smelling baking pumpkin pie! 

Replace it with the one you sent it fit perfectly.

Ordered a new igniter and installed it. Oven is working fine at this time.
