I called to speak with a CSR and got what I considered to be a $$$ quote. I politely declined. I continued my online search. I found AppliancePartsPros.com. I didn't know that a metal fitting from the old knob had to be removed from the timer shaft so the new part would fit flush. Now I am very happy with the purchase and my dryer works again.
