How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP4439264 / 4434ER0003C Spider Arm Assembly

I watched a few of your videos which I have to say are awesome remove the tub saw the spider arm was broken I went on your site and ordered a new spider arm and I did replace all the bearings and seals at the same time had everything come in the next day which it did watched the video again and did all the reasonably , the machine works perfect again, i do recommend using a heat gun on the spider arm attaching bolts, your company is great 

Took the tub apart and replaced the spider arm. It was a bit tedious to unscrew to spider arm due to corrosion. 

I ordered the parts needed to replace the bearings and spider arm after watching the extremely helpful DIY video and was anticipating a fairly easy repair. After disassembling the unit I found that the front outer tub had sustained to much damage which made the necessary repairs not cost effective.The spider arm was severely corroded and 2 of the 3 arms were completely broken.I'm sending the parts back for a full refund which I appreciate Appliance Parts Pro providing that service. I will certainly come back here for any future appliance parts and repair advice! 

I replaced spider arm, front and rear bearings and seal an belt. 

Disassemble and installed new bearing and seals and spider assembly. Got the parts in 2 days. 

Replaced arm and cleaned tub out. Replaced seal, works great. lg front load washer. 

I initially followed along with the bearing replacement video on YouTube that Appliance Parts Pros put together because my tub was thumping IMMEDIATELY after starting a cycle. I must say, the detail and the way everything was explained was great. Granted I'm no pro, it took a little longer than the guy in the video, but pausing/rewinding/skipping around I was able to figure everything out and had the machine broken down in no time. However, I was a little disheartened when I saw that my bearings were completely fine! I had no rust marks along the way and the tub seemed to rotate fine... until I noticed the huge chunks missing from the spider! I then used the recommended spider from APP, it arrived with 48 hours, strapped it on and less than 2 hours later using the same video had a washer that's quieter and smoother than every before. Tough, heavy patience repair, BUT a great video and easy to find quality, replacement parts through Appliance Parts Pros made this happen! 

Replaced the defective "spyder" along with new bearings and tub seal. As a person with a fairly wide experience in "fixing" things from cars to washing machines to mainframe computers (in my past) and frequent interactions on the web searching for parts and information I found this supplier to be unique and exceptional. The video's they had on-line showing exactly how to repair my LG washing machine were exceptional. Excellent all around organization. Kudo's to the person they chose to do the video too! 

Replaced the spider arm, seal and gasket. The how-to videos were extremely helpful.
