I followed the repair video linked with the parts and found it very helpful. I don't think I would have tried this repair without the help of the video or even been able to diagnose the problem without the feed back from this web site. The video was very thorough with its step by step description, part numbers, and tool list. Took it apart step by step and ordered parts once i knew exactly what the problem was and it was obvious that the spider part was broken in a few places so i ordered that and new seal since bearings still looked in good condition. The parts got there in a day but when fed ex delivered they left outside my gate on 10 acre tract at 1130 in morning and some lowlife stole my box not knowing this part would do them no good. Yes the spider arm was broken in two places. I ordered the replacement spider arm & the outer tub gasket as suggested. And also the inner & outer bearings ( our own decision) thinking as long as we had it tore apart we would replace those parts. We purchased all the parts & had them shipped ASAP all for under $200! FedEx messed up the delivery so it took longer to receive my parts, but APPLIANCE PRO did their job and shipped my part's out that very morning! But they shipped the correct part's & was spot on with what was wrong with my washer & their videos are the most useful tools a novice repair person could have!
