Watching your videos and troubleshooting tips determined it was a failed (26 year old) capacitor. Ordered a capacitor and installed it, the washer now works fine. Also previously replaced the washer lid switch and timer with your parts.
The washer was full of water, so could not turn the washer over to replace the capacitor, and the 26-year-old screw securing the capacitor bracket was hard to get at and out (bracket is curved, so no straight shot at screw with nut driver). Had to use a mini ignition wrench (SAE) with a cheater extension to loosen the capacitor bracket screw, installation of a new capacitor was reversed of this process.
