Matt’s videos are great and guided me through it all. They are direct, clear, concise, and accurate. No amateur fluff, distractions, or errors they didn’t even understand they made. Web site searching is intuitive with great pictures of the parts to assure you get the correct one(s). Returns are easy (I bought two parts on prior repair as I didn’t know which was not working - totally me). Watch the video, order the part, you can do it. I’m not that handy but now I have fixed my dishwasher, oven, dryer, and washer with their help. Each time pricing was better than Amazon for an original (not refurbished) part. This last time even with overnight delivery. Prior delivery was quicker than the estimate each time. Worst case scenario, you can’t do it and send the part back and then call the repair place and spend an arm and a leg. This is the first place I look to now.
