How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005286 / WP1126289 Shelf Frame

Pulled out drawer and replaced it 

Purchased and installed broken parts. The biggest problem was finding correct parts online; schematics not helpful. 

Put in new shelf stud and replace broken shelf frame with the new one. 

Chatted with customer service to locate correct part number and ordered it. 

Ordered new piece and replaced it. 

Removed the old ones and replaced with the new ones. Parts came sooner than expected.. We are very pleased. 

Went on your site, found the part right away and ordered a new shelf frame. It arrived in less than a day and a half. My wife installed the new shelf in less than 2 minutes. Drawer works great now. 

Replaced the broken shelf supports, changed the crisper bin support, transferring gaskets and trim from old broken one. Everything is as good as it can get. 

Found the part required ordered it and replaced the frame. Still looking for the top door support for the top of the freezer. 

After several phone calls was able to get correct part with the help of Max M who did the follow up. Max was exceptionally courteous making several calls and emails to make sure the part was the correct one. I originally entered a low rating to Appliance Parts pros because several telephone to rep's failed to locate the correct part. After a incorrect shipment and my follow up.... it became apparent the tray I needed was not the part that was showing on the drawings Don't know if the crisper tray was listed wrong or my model number was entered wrong. I would give Appliance Parts Pros a five star rating for solving the problem and shipping the correct part by Fed X next day. Don
