How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005524 / WP12656105 End Cap, Pantry (Lh)

Purchased replacement pantry drawer supports. Removed old supports. Installed new supports 

I found the replacement part for the drawer support online. Placed the order with fast ship option. Part arrived the next day! Watched the install video on the website. Did the replacement myself in less than 10 minutes. My wife is a happy camper again! 

Watched the appliance parts pros video first and then tackled the job. It was quite easy and I felt confident after seeing the video because it walked me through the process. 

Very easy fix, video was very helpful. Removed drawers and shelf. Unscrewed drawer support track and unscrewed slide and transferred to new part. Screwed drawer support track back to fridge wall. Reinstalled shelf and drawers. Very easy. 

Well this is the second round--three years ago the right side little knob broke off and I used your part and watched the video for a DYI repair. This time the left one broke (they are tiny and get a lot of use). I knew the routine, rewatched the video--it was so easy and a good opportunity to really clean the fridge at the same time. The videos are a great help.
