I went on the APP website and easily found the needed replacement part, watched the great video on how to change it, We ordered the part, and within 24 hours I had the new unit in the fridge and all of the sticky juice out. The video provided was easy to follow and the repair took no more than 10 minutes max (including wiping down the parts I removed during disassembly (shelves and supports). Just needed a 1/4" nut driver to get the part off/on of the wall of the fridge and a phillips head to remove/reinstall the drawer slide. Easy peasy. Read More...
