Once I removed the old gasket, the new one fit perfect. The door is much more snug and popped open a few times, but I'm sure it will wear in (especially with the hot water temperature). Read More... Jeffery N Conroe , TX November 05, 2017 Water leaking on the floor in rinse cycle and door balance links had failed "again" after less than 18 months. Replaced door seal which was pretty straight forward with included directions in the kit. Pulled old seal out, cleaned groove, applied adhesive and applied seal. Pretty tight fit with the door initially, but after holding the door closed for a bit loosened enough for the door to stay latched. New door balance kit appears to be more robust than the one I installed 18 months ago. I removed and lubed all four pulleys prior to install. Pulled dishwasher out from cabinet and swapped pulley assemblies, then replaced connected strings to door and spring. No screeching on initial door opening and closing this time.
