I first called a repair person who told me what my problem was, but would have to order the part, Service call was $69.95 & estimated total cost for job would be $210, he would call when part came in. After waiting 3 days with no call, & talking to friend who does his own appliance repairs, gave me appliancepartspro.com website the people he uses. I haven't done repairs before, but after watching their videos, & the food was already bad, & part was only $52 delivered. I decided to be brave & try my hand at repairing. Part arrived 2 days later, & install took one hour, & the job was very easy to do. Since then I recorded all of the model #s of my other appliances & watched all the videos for them. Now I will know next time, if I will do the job, or have repairman do the job. $69.95 plus $52 = $122 that's a savings of $88 not a bad hourly rate for me. Check these people out before you have a problem, what do you have to loose. Michael Bryant
