Tony F Owatonna , MN January 27, 2019 Appliance: Whirlpool Undercounter Dishwasher GU1200XTLQ0 Whirlpool dishwasher gu1200xtlq0 was really loud. I called you guys and was able to work with Brandy. She was fantastic! She let me send her a video of what my dishwasher was doing and confirmed it was the motor. She was so great to work with. I replaced the circulation motor. It was very easy. I highly recommend working with you guys again. Thanks Brandy for your great customer service. Paul B Olympia , WA November 16, 2018 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDS35FXSS3 The dishwasher was not cleaning dishes insufficient water pressure I replaced the chopper and the circulation pump. I set the dishwasher up on a pair of sawhorses to replace the chopper (to save my back). Set it back on the floor and flipped it upside down to replace the pump. The videos were super helpful - so was my son. Keith H Mesa , AZ October 21, 2017 Appliance: Whirlpool Undercounter Dishwasher GU2700XTSB1 Whirlpool dishwasher making noise I looked on this site and ordered a WHIRLPOOL Circulation Motor as it seemed to be the issue based on the website's info. The 365 day return policy gave me some peace of mind if it was the wrong part. The video was excellent and I was able to do the repair in about an hour 1/2. It took that long because I had to go out and get a ratchet set as described in the video. The hardest installation step involved getting the screw holding the heat shield and motor on the bottom. Really hard to reach and I needed that specific ratchet setup to do it. Good news is that the video specified what to get. I looked like a hero and there were no leaks--a first for me working on anything connected to plumbing! David Cheung ( Blaine , WA November 02, 2015 Dishwasher was making horrible sound and the dishes were not being cleaned We searched online for possible problems and was lead to appliance parts pro. Although we could have purchased the part locally, the dealer would not allow returns if the part was incorrect. Appliance Parts Pro had a return policy. We were fortunate that the circulation motor was in fact the defective part and once replaced, the machine is working like new again. This was a great alternative since purchasing a new KitchenAid Dishwasher was over $1,000 and new ones did not have the features our 2008 version had. I.e. Heavy Duty cycle and 4 jet sprayers in the back. Unless of course we were willing to pay top dollars for their top of the line model. William T Hampton , VA April 12, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Undercounter Dishwasher DU1145XTPBA Made loud noises and then began leaking I removed motor thinking gasket was worn. Tried to reseal it with no luck. It still leaked. I ordered a new part to install to try and repair leak. When the new part arrived (volute) I attempted to install it. After removing the impeller from the motor housing I discovered the motor had leaked around the bearing and needed replacement. I ordered a new motor and pump assembly. Once it arrived it was easily installed. (The video on Appliance Parts Pro was very helpful). The new motor was installed and dishwasher was operational again in about 15 minutes. ($120 repair vs. new dishwasher which would have cost $400-500 plus installation and delivery charges. Wife and I are pleased - no more dishes washed by hand 3x's a day). Appliance Parts credited me for the volute I ordered since the new pump and motor assembly came with one. Customer service guys were very helpful too. I plan to do business with AppliancePartsPros again.
