How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6012990 / WP8537433 Agitator Cam Kit

Put new agitator cam kit in.Followed instrctions on video. After repair washer worked great and was very quiet 

Replacement of the agitator cam kit and new auger-agitator. 

I ordered the agitator cam kit based on the video on this site. The video plus the diagram provided made the repair a 10 minute job from start to finish and my washer works like new. 

I decided to replace everything, from the agitator, the auger, and the softender dispenser. It took less than 2 minutes to replace =)

It took 10 minutes to replace. 

Watched video . the repair took only 5 min. saved buying new machine. easy fix. 

Ordered and replaced the agitator cam kit. Order an extra set of dogs just to have on hand. 

I researched the model of my washing machine on your website to find the replacement part. I called your customer service department to confirm that the part I was ordering was the correct part for my machine. I ordered the part through your representative. Then I watched the video from your website on how to make the repair. The whole process was very simple and your customer service department was very helpful. The replacement part was delivered within 2 days even though I paid for standard shipping (5 to 7 days). I made the repair following your video, the process was very simple. Watched video on agitator repair,removed agitator,inspected for damaged-worn-out parts. Ordered new parts ,reassembled-works excellent now. New parts arrived via Fed Ex in 2 days. 

Thought I needed to buy new washer but looked on line and found your repair video and realized it was easy to fix. Order the parts for about $25. Once received it took me less than 15 mins to install and was easy to do. Saved me from having to buy new washer. Thank you very much.
