My upper rack locks are not the same as the video, but the comments on the website and trial and error allowed me to get the upper rack out and more trial and error locking the rack in place. I ordered a replacement part guided by the diagram on the AppliancePartsPros website. When the parts came, I tried to install the new washer arm, but the plastic fitting that holds the washer arm to the frame broke. I had to order a new parts kit, even though only the small fitting was broken. AppliancePartsPros graciously sent me a new washer arm kit free of charge. Read More... I found similar issues and several other write-ups from others that pointed me in the right direction. The how-to videos allowed me to disassemble and later repair with confidence. The chopper shaft was sheared and its screen was plugged with unprocessed chunks of food. This resulted in low water flow from the spray arms. I ordered the parts and received them in two days.
