Stove is a GE Adora Model JBP63HH2bb. It took me forever to figure out how the burner was attached to the rails. My glass top was different than any instructions found on the internet for changing out a burner. The burners on this one are held to the bottom of the glass cook top by two rails that cross the bottom of the burner assemblies. First I verified there was good water volume getting to the door, by uncoupling the hose at the door bottom (press in coupler ring) and activating the dispenser, there was not. (have a cup ready) Since the water filter is inline, and I had another I subbed it. Still no change. Here I made an error. I verified the water supply was fine, so jumped to the conclusion it had to be the solenoid operated valve, which it was not. Replaced element. The new element was perfect. The shipping was perfect. Installation would have taken less than 10 minutes if the two range wires attaching to element had been 1 inch longer. Attached thin nosed vice grips to wires at spade terminals to facilitate attachment to element. The repair was simple enough but it would have been perfect if GE engineers had made wires 1 inch longer. Read more

I watched the repair video and ordered the part ( I luckily ordered two links). The video was not exactly for my model dishwasher but I did follow the instruction for removal from the cabinet. Since my model was not shown, I was looking to see how the door spring and the Hinge Arm Link was supposed to be set up. Went ahead and replaced the pulley as well the drum bearing sleeve and O ring, drum belt and the front drum bearing slides. Put the unit back together and she ran like a top! Read more

Ordered water inlet valve. Two screws to take out. Disconnect the hose. Disconnect the two wires. Put in the new valve. Reverse the procedure. Whole thing took about 10 minutes. Read more

I replaced the heating element supplied by AppliancePartsPros.com. It took me longer than the estimated 30 minutes to an hour cited in the good instructional video. Checking for part replacement.....found your website.....I thought I had the right part, but called the tech/order line. Spoke to a very knowledgable tech, which she checked the stove serial # vs the part I thought I could use. The Tech advised that it WAS NOT and related the findings. Bought the replacement dispenser from APPros.com (of course). The video shows a front control panel, and our dishwasher has the 'hidden' control panel on the top of the door. So here's the difference: 1) You need to take out all the screws, except the two near the latch at the top. With the help of Wendee and Karen, we finally figured out my model numbers and which parts where correct. I ordered the parts and all arrived the next day except for the Broiler element which arrived in 2 days. I installed the new Baking Element myself. Took longer to figure out which curcuit braker to turn off. In about 30 minutes I had a brand new Baking Element in my oven working perfectly. On the following day, I installed the Broiler Element. My GE dryer from the late 80's/early 90's was squealing when it would start up, belt or bearing I was thinking. I found a manual online that covered my model and I watched a video on this site that showed me how to take it all apart, mine was a bit different but the principles were the same. I checked out a few youtube videos on trouble shooting a gas dryer that would not heat, like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8j6fQM3P34. Eliminated all the sensors as possible problems, leaving only the coils or more advanced problems. Took the chance it was one of the coils. I ordered both, replaced them both, put the dryer back together and fortunately that was the problem and it lit up and is running as good as new. Read more
