The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge. I removed all the individual burners so I could lift the stainless cover to expose the igniter wires. I cleaned all the wire connections and the 4 good igniters and replaced the one bad igniter. So, in the process of a kitchen remodel my GC managed to lose *both* of the rear plastic supports for my GE stove! The drawer was totally unsupported without the brackets. I managed to find them on your site and see that they were a new and better design (rear mount with screw vs side mount and no firm mounting). The install was a snap and the brackets work excellent. I needed to replace the oven broil element on my 15 year old GE range/oven unit. The broil element was broken in half during an oven self-cleaning cycle. I ordered the replacement part; after it arrived, I turned off the power to the oven - watched the video on how to replace the part, which was fantastic as it told me to make sure when I disconnect the old element not to let the wires fall behind the oven (that would have been a big problem b/c it's a wall oven) - However, one wire still slipped back a little - so I used needle nose pliers to retrieve it.
