Agitator wasnt sloshing Paige B. • Clarksville , TN • January 30, 2015
I looked inside and saw the teeth were worn off the "dogs" so I purchased the Cam Agitator repair kit and a new bolt. Getting the old bolt out was the hardest part since it was worn and rusted. I ended up having to buy a set of socket extensions and a set of stripped bolt sockets so $45 in tools and it took me an hour to get the old bolt out but putting everything back together was a breeze. I was very proud of myself, as a woman, that I fixed this problem myself and didnt have to pay a repair...

Blower not running blower pulley spun off the shaft Terry H. • Salina , KS • April 19, 2014
Replaced the blower pulley. When the pulley spins off the blower shaft, it will damage the threads so it is important to replace the pulley and I would recommend using Loctite thread locker to keep the new pulley from spinning off. The threads on the blower shaft will most likely get damaged as well and I would recommend replacing the blower shaft. I did not order the blower shaft because it does not show up on a diagram and I had to go purchase a die to chase the threads before the new pulley...

No heat and the dryer sounded like a jet airplane David L. • Dover , PA • April 14, 2014
I replaced the heating element and all of the thermal/high cutoff fuses and thermistors even though only the heating element tested "open" (there was a crack in the element) just to be safe. Also for the "jet airplane" sound the fan housing bearing was bad. I replaced that a well. Now it works like it should and is quiet again! However, I broke the fan blad removing it for the reinstall on the new fan housing but I ordered it at 6 at night and had it the next morning. Amazing and thank...
