Steelers7 for Model Number GLWS1349AS1

On a tub seal, there are two parts. A big part with a spring in it and a smaller part made of brass with a rubber seal. Does the smaller rubber part of the seal go into the larger rubber part of the seal? Brass side to the tub or is it brass side to the large seal and the smaller rubber seal to the tub. Also, I removed the agitator and am trying to remove it again the place the brass correctly. Now the agitator does not want to come off. Can I use a pulley puller to get it off?

1 Answer

Hello Stellers7. It will only seal the correct way on the unit. Solid brass down onto the rubber seal. The agitator should pull off if the bolt is removed.
