Hello Curt. If you remove the cap on the agitator, there is a bolt under it. You will need to remove the bolt. Then the agitator will lift out of the washer. Hope this helps.

Hello CHG. There is a bolt in the center of the agitator that will need to be removed to remove the agitator. The agitator can be tight, but once the bolt is removed, it lifts out of the washer. Hope this helps.

Hello Katrina, the agitator should have no bearing on the washing machine leaking. We would suggest you pop the top and hinge it back, and then remove the front panel. With the front removed you should be able to see where the leak is coming from.

Hello Katrina! If the motor is running the whole time, you will need to see if the agitator is stripped. Take the agitator off and underneath there will be teeth that catch to agitate. If they are stripped you will need a new agitator, part number 131605901. If it is not stripped, you could be looking at different issue, such as the transmission. Hope this information helps!

Hello Cactus! The agitator cap can be pulled off. It may take a little bit of force. There are no dogs available. The entire agitator assembly will need to be replaced. Your part number is 131605901. Thanks!

Hello Dan. Your model does not use dogs. You will need to remove the agitator and see if it is stripped out, or if the hub 134418700 is bad. Hope this helps.

Hello Jeanann! You can remove the top cup/cap from the agitator. Down in the center, when the cap is removed, there will be a bolt that is holding down the agitator. You can remove that bolt and the agitator will lift up and out. Hope this helps you!
