Manufacturer Part Number: 241708306

This part is a dispenser control board designed for Frigidaire refrigerators. The control board regulates the water and ice dispenser, allowing users to control whether ice is cubed or crushed, and turning the light on or off. Over time, the control board may be exposed to moisture, causing it to corrode and fail. Exposure to excessive heat can also lead to damage.Signs that the dispenser control board may need to be replaced include none of the dispenser functions operating, or dispenser functions operating inconsistently or intermittently. If erroneous operation is noticed, users will need to replace the dispenser control board. This will require a flathead screw driver to pry the panel off the front. The control board should be visible underneath. Disconnect the wires, taking note of their location and orientation, and then remove the board. Install the new one, replace the wires, and then replace the cover. This genuine OEM part is sold individually. It is compatible with Frigidaire, Kenmore, and Crosley models.
