For Frigidaire Main Power Dispenser Control Board (Part Number: OEM11880114)

Donnie, You will want to check to see if the auger motor is getting 120 vac to it. If it is but not turning then the auger motor would need to be replaced. If it is not getting power then the dispenser power board would be the issue.

Hello John. Check for a frozen fill tube. If it is clear, you will need to replace the water valve on the unit.

Walt for Model Number Fridgidaire

My tube that dispenses the water slipped out of the hole, so I took it apart reinserted it and started to put it back together (did not unplug the fridge, oops) I think I may have shorted it out. I replaced 241708309 board. Put it back together and nothing. Replaced the ribbon and the ice maker won't shut off. Replaced 241708202 board and still the ice maker won't shut off. I even unplugged the little black ice maker switch behind the 241708202 board. After spending $250 in parts I am at wits end. Any help would be appreciated.

Mike, The most likely cause for the dispenser to continue to dump ice would be a faulty power control board on the dispenser.

Tim, If you are referring to the wiring harness that goes from the top of the door down to the dispenser assembly, this part is not a separate part and only comes with the door.

Hello Tim, If you can verify that 120Vac is getting to the display board 241708310, it has failed. If voltage is not getting to the display board but is getting to the dispenser power control board, the power control board 241708202 has failed.

Stephanie for Model Number Kenmore Pro 25344333604

I replaced the water actuator in my Kenmore Pro. When plugging the ribbon cable back in the control panel side, I did so upside down and the water started pouring out when I plugged in the ref rig. After unplugging the fridge and putting the ribbon the opposite and correct way, we are no longer receiving any power to the control panel. My next step is to replace the ribbon, but wondered if you ever heard of this happening. I'm just hopeful I didn't blow the control panel! Thank you!

Stephanie, With the unit dispenser not operating and the water pouring out it does sound like the power control board for the dispenser may be faulty which would need to be replaced.

Alexandra for Model Number mytag mf12569veb2

My refrigerator (Maytag mf12569veb2) front panel does not work. It looks like it is locked. I tried to unlock the dispenser but still does not work. The weird thing is that can not change anything on the dispenser like the temperature. I can not get water or ice (it is not even making ice, don't know if it is because lights for water and ice are off). I did have water until today. That is when the light went off. When trying to get water the lock light start blinking. The lights that are on are "lock, light, door alarm and humidity control" . Not sure if it is the hv control Board, the electronic control board or maybe anything. I see you have the parts for this refrigerator but hope you can guide me to get the right one. thanks.

Alexandra, You will want to try to unlock the control pad by pushing the lock key for 3 seconds. If you just push it once and then immediately let it go it will not come out of the lock state. If this does not work then the display board would be the cause for the issue and would need to be replaced. The part number for the control board is 67006294.

Joe, You would want to check to see if there is power going to the auger motor when you hit the dispenser switch. The light switch must be pushed in. If there is no power then check the wire harness going from the cabinet to the door for loose or broken wires. Specifically the purple wire. Also check to make sure that the dispenser lever is making contact with the switch.
