After installing it began to sound a beep for a minute. Then the display control, turned red "power fall" and "Mute Sounds". Kelly September 16, 2014 for Model Number EW23CS656GS1 I was having the power on/off and CE communication error issue. Paid $270 for a new control board and dispenser board from Electrolux. Replace them both myself. Now the main control board is making a clicking noise a couple of times throughout a 24hr period. Had Sears guy come out and could not find a problem. Said it was probably a relay on the board. Electrolux won't exchange it cause I did not an authorized service repair person install it. I could buy a new board online for less and replace it, I could get a warranty with Sears or leave it alone. The Sears repair man told me it will die if it is a relay. What do you think?

Joe April 15, 2014 for Model Number ei26ss55gso I have a ref that continues to power up then down the lights come on then go off. I can here a clicking sound under the front of the bottom of the ref. The compressor will come on at first then when it powers down and powers back up it want.

Debbie April 13, 2014 for Model Number FGUS2632LP2 I had loud noise in my freezer about week ago. It came on and off. Several days ago, it stopped cooling and we have error code 5Y EF. I had a guy come out and he replaced the evaporator fan motor but fan is not working and code still there. I read that the main control board needs replaced. Is that correct?

Lance January 20, 2014 for Model Number EW26SS65GS0 Fridge makes clicking noise for 10-30 seconds and then shuts off showing "CE" on temp display of both freezer and refrigerator. Can flip the breaker for this device in the house electrical panel and it works fine for a period of hours and then starts clicking again and shuts down. Will replacing the control board correct this issue or is there something else I should focus on? I have a meter, is there a way to test the board to verify it is faulty?

David September 24, 2013 for Model Number FGHC2345LF5 The display shows 56 for freezer temp and 56 for refer temp. The freezer is freezing and fridge is cold. Touching on the panel has no response. I took the display out and put one in from another fridge and it shows the same. I put the display in the working fridge and it works in that one. The lights do not come on in either compartments. ??
