Smay February 03, 2013 Hoping for help! My mom sprayed bug-spray into the clock/control area of her stove, since then the clock does not work, the oven does not work, timer etc..the top range does work with no problems heating up and there is just a green light that stays on the clock area. Not sure of the model number, but it is a frigidaire glass top, self cleaning oven, white, the clock/control area to the oven is on the right side, not in the middle like most of the parts I've seen on here. Any help would be great!!
1 Answer Hello Smay. Based on the information you provided, you need to order and replace the range clock on the unit. Read More...
Karin December 26, 2012 for Model Number 316222807 Is it possible to just get the plastic casing for the clock? The screw holes cracked off, but the digital display works fine. Don't want to pay to get the whole thing replaced when it works, just need the piece to hold it in. Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Karin. Sorry, but you need to order the clock assembly 5304518660 to replace the broken tabs on the unit. The casing is not available separately. Read More...
Rob December 15, 2012 for Model Number Fef326fsd I have replaced both bake, broil, and thermostat elements in my oven but it still won't heat.
1 Answer Rob, First make sure you have 220 to 240 VAC at the terminal block on the back of the range. If you have the voltage, then your issue would be in the clock relays 5304518660 based on your post description. Read More...
Calo December 01, 2012 for Model Number FEF336FMC My oven quit working. I tested the heating elements and they are ok. The temperature sensor is ok. Could it be the clock bad? Thanks!
1 Answer Hello Calo, As long as the breaker has been turned off and then back on to insure that one side hasn't tripped, The relay on the control board is the only other thing that can affect this circuit short of a wiring issue. Read More...
Ron November 26, 2012 for Model Number tef 326 fbc Range top works, but both the bake and broil functions don't. I checked both elements with ohms tester and they were fine. I have 220 volts coming into the app. I think it must be the clock/ control panel. Don't see what else it could be. What do you think?
1 Answer Hello Ron. Based on the information you provided, the control 5304518660 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
Angela November 19, 2012 for Model Number wwef3004kwc My Oven quit working. It comes on for awhile in baking mode, but then shuts off. A few weeks ago it started shutting off if I used the timer while baking. If I replace the clock panel should it fix this issue? The burners all work fine. Is this an eassy replacement for someone who has no idea how to do it? :D
1 Answer Hello Angela. Yes, based on the information you provided, you will need to replace the clock assembly. Make sure there is no loose wires before replacing the part in the unit. Read More...
Tmyerchin November 10, 2012 for Model Number fridgidaire FEF388WCCA Oven not heating. Replaced both elements still not working. Heats to 200. Upper element seems to be working but not bottom.
1 Answer Hello Tmyerchin, You will first need to check for 120 VAC from bake to the 6 pin plug pin #4 neutral. If you have 120vac when you check then you have bad control board 5303935103. If it reads 0 between terminals then check for bad wiring since you have already replaced element. Read More...
Astep October 23, 2012 for Model Number FGF378WCCC The digital display is so light that it is impossible to see the clock or temperature on my range. Is this something I can fix myself?

P Lam October 16, 2012 for Model Number CFEF389CES-3 My oven recently went out . The clock and oven can't work either.Would you please tell me what's wrong and what part and number I need. Thanks
1 Answer Hello, I need to clarify your model number. I found FEF389CES A, or B, or C but not CFEF389CE-3. I had no similar model starting with the letter 'C". Could you please re-check. The oven control for the FEF389 model is part# 5303935116. If the oven control or clock is totally out and you have power coming to it, likely the clock is bad. On this model the clock does control the oven so it would not work with a bad control. Hope this helps! Read More...
