Luan July 12, 2019 for Model Number fafw3801lw3 Turn on everything works well. When it hit 11 minutes it is supposed to spin. It stops on the panel and it said no spin. Can you help what wrong it is? My idea may be a motor or MCU?

Andrew March 21, 2019 for Model Number FAFW3001LW1 I installed a new motor control board after getting error code E5E. The washing machine then worked fine for 3 complete cycles and then went back to not working. Someone told me I should just send this one back and get a new one because he has experience with these being not functional upon arrival and I probably got a bad one. Is that likely or is it probably the main control board?

Levi June 11, 2015 for Model Number Atf6000fs2 Drain pump clogged, which caused a spring to break. When the spring broke the drum dropped onto the wires for the drain pump. Replaced spring, cleaned pump, and fixed wires. Washer still won't do anything, replaced the pump thinking it fried it and still no go. Error code pulled up e23. Eric December 27, 2014 for Model Number ftf2140fs2 Washer did not drain all the way. Took drain hose off and water drained out. Hooked power directly to the drain valve and it would turn. Try to turn the washer on to cycle and it would not cycle. Would that be the main board?

Dayrk September 06, 2014 for Model Number 41748102700 The washing machine wasn't spinning even after clearing the trap, so I did the diagnostic test, which resulted in the error code 43--"problem with the control board". I replaced the control board and it still doesn't spin. The diagnostic test returns the same error code with a new control board. Could there be something else that I'm missing?
