Hello Ruth, I have never used tape or sealant on the dispenser. It should fit properly without leaking installing it dry.

Gary, You will want to check to make sure that you are getting proper voltage to the water valves. If you are getting proper voltage and the screens on the valve are not clogged then you will want to replace the valves.

Joyce, A couple of things to check first. Remove the dispenser compartment cover 131272000 and check the drawer and the syphon tubes 131271910 for a fabric softner build up or clog in the tube, Then turn the cold water faucet off, remove the fill hose and check the filter screens in the end of the hose, and the inside of the cold water valve , and remove any debris or sediment that may have accumulated in the filter screens. The washer uses cold water to fill and dispense the bleach and fabric softner, if there's not enough cold water going into the washer, the dispenser won't dispense peoperly. Good Luck and Thanksi

Hello Dee. If I'm not mistaken, the technical sheet and wiring diagram is inside the cabinet in an envelope that is glued to the side. The dispenser issue can most probably be corrected with the replacement of the dispenser valve 131974700. Hope this helped! Have a great day!

Hi Jake. If the softener cover is damaged not supplying the siphoning action it is part # 131272000. The dispenser drawer is part # 131271910. Inspect them both for damage if they are interrupting the siphoning effect. You need to remove the top and watch to see if the dispenser motor and pointer are working. There is a service tech. sheet to assist you with the diagnostic procedure so you can get the fault code and get the correct part. Thank You.

Hi KC. Remove the power. Remove the top. There are 2 center springs on the left and rt. that are hooked to the top of the frame. Are they intact ? Springs part # 134144700 . They are recommended to be replaced as a set. The bottom shocks are pinned at the top and at the bottom. Are they visibly leaking the grease out or dried up ? Part # 5304485917 ,2- per. pkg. Make sure all your legs are level from front to back and side to side. Make sure that the leg nuts are tight up against the base. Check to see if the foot pads are not ripped as they need to be gripping the floor that needs to be aesthetically clean. Foot Assy. part # 5304463780. Thank You.

John, You're correct, 131803710 is the dispenser housing and drawer. You will need to transfer the drawer handle/front 131691229 to the new drawer, or purchase a new component. Thanks and Good Luck

Hello. You will need to remove the top off the machine. Next unhook all the hoses to the dispenser. Make a note of where they go for reinstall. Unplug the wires going to the valves on the dispenser. Next remove all the screws holding the dispenser in place. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
