Johnny, That's a good place to start, no drain and a clicking noise indicates the drain impeller is "slipping' on the motor drive shaft, or the armature is worn . You're on the right track. Thanks and good Luck

Hi Sam. Is the door lock light on at the control panel? If not then you will need to replace the latch assy. part # is []. If so then you will need to access the pump by removing power and removing the lower kick plate. Remove the intake hose (sump hose) and drain hose from the pump. You will need a shop vac to suck up all water. The pump impeller shouldn't be loose spinning on the pump shaft. If so the pump is part # 137108000. Thank you.

Hi David. The pump part # is 137108000. This style will leak in all cycles if it is going to leak. Are you sure it is the pump? Is the unit level and the lock nut tight on the level legs? Has the drain hose Part # [], sprung a small leak? We will need your exact model # to assist you further. THank you.

Rick, at this point, yes. You'll see the difference in the impeller rotation with the new part. Sounds like you've got something small lodged in the pump body or an impeller shaft gone bad. Thanks and Good Luck

Hello Andrea. This pump is held on by two screws that attach it to the base. Remove those and you will see a clamp holding the pump to the hose. Using a pair of channel locks, you should be able to remove the clamp. This should completely free the pump. I hope this info helps.
