Hello Linda, this error code refers to a shorted key pad. Try unplugging the unit for 30 seconds, if the code reappears you'll need to replace the electronic oven control part number 316557205. You might also need the control overlay part number 316419303, thanks!

Hello Karen from CA, This can be a failed surface element 316555800 or a failed infinite switch 316238201. To determine which is at fault, you will need to raise the main top and use a voltage tester to see if both 120Vac legs are being delivered to the element. If so, the element is at fault. If not, the infinite switch has failed.

Freddy, Unfortunately we do not have any information that would tell you which slots on the support bar that the element would sit on. You will want to try in one location and do not screw the top down and see if it is in the correct place and if not then try another location. This would be the only thing we could advise. If you are looking for the correct spot to mount the clips on the back of the element then look at the old element for where the screw holes were and use that number on the new element.
