Hector August 02, 2022 for Model Number FFHS2611PFEA Hello, We are having ice buildup on the back shelf just under the ice maker water entrance tube. Ice is being made, but there is an issue with water overflow, or something else. Any ideas? Thanks
1 Answer Hector, In most cases, ice forming on the shelves or food bags or boxes is the result of a failed door seal. This would cause the ice maker fil tube to form ice also and spew out instead of flowing out causing leaks.
