Danny, You will want to check the oven sensor to make sure that there is 1090 ohms of resistance at room temp of 77 degrees. You will also want to check the sensor while the unit is heating to make sure that it is good. The way to determine the resistance the ratio is for every 1 degree of temperature you add 2 ohms of resistance. If the oven sensor checks ok then the issue will be caused by a faulty control board.

Hello Brian. Runaway Temperature. Check RTD Sensor Probe & replace if necessary. If oven is overheating, disconnect power. If oven continues to overheat when the power is reapplied, replace EOC. Severe overheating may require the entire oven to be replaced should damage be extensive.

Connie, With the information provided on symptoms, it does sound like it would be a Control board issue that is causing the unit to be sporadic but you may want to try to test the oven probe with the unit in operation. When testing during oven heating you should have a 2 ohm increase in the resistance with every one degree in temperature change.
