J., Most servicers prefer to replace the faceplate/overlay 316419821 when replacing the ERC/Clock. If you're not careful and observant, the mylar faceplate can wrinkle and crease when being removed or reinstalled on the ERC/Clock. It's not a very aesthetic look, if that occurs. Using a blow dryer, or low wattage heat gun will help to make it a bit more easy and visually pleasing. But you still have to be careful.

John, The most likely cause for the unit to be taking too long to heater since you have already replaced the oven sensor would be bad wiring from the controller to the oven sensor or a faulty control board. You will want to test the continuity of the wire and if it checks ok then replace the controller 5304495520.

Hello Jody, You will want to check to see if you have a thermal overload on the unit. If you do then check the thermal to make sure that it did not blow. If the clock is still working then you can also do a voltage check on the clock assembly from L1 to either broil or bake and you should have 240 vac. If there is not 240 vac then you need to check power at the terminal block to make sure that you have 240 vac across outer terminals. If you do then the clock is bad.
