1 Answer Hi Mike. You have a plugged drain/standpipe that creates a anti-siphoning effect. Lift the hose momemtarily out of the stand pipe. The drain stand pipe has to be above the level of the washer. If there is no air gap in between the hose and the stand pipe, then the unit will fill and keep filling. 1 Answer Hi Vicki. Remove power. Pull unit out half way and lean backwards. Remove lower front panel screws. Pull down and forward to remove front panel. This will access the pump.
