Hi Mike. You have a plugged drain/standpipe that creates a anti-siphoning effect. Lift the hose momemtarily out of the stand pipe. The drain stand pipe has to be above the level of the washer. If there is no air gap in between the hose and the stand pipe, then the unit will fill and keep filling. Let us know if we can asist further. Thank You.

Hi Kyle. Remove front panel. Remove power. Remove the drain pump intake hose and clear debris' out of pump. If the pump impellor spins freely on the shaft or the pump is noisey, then replace the pump part # 137221600. Thank You.

Hi Vicki. Remove power. Pull unit out half way and lean backwards. Remove lower front panel screws. Pull down and forward to remove front panel. This will access the pump. Sometimes you can unhook the pump halves and remove the debris from the pump vanes. Also check the vanes to see if they are not spinning freely on the shaft. The pump is part # 137221600. Thank you.

Hi Darrell. Remove the lower panel. Remove the sump hose going to the pump inlet. You need a - dozen towels to soak up the water or a shop wet vac. The pump may be clogged. The impellor can be stripped on the shaft or the drain hose end clogged. The new pump is part # 137221600. Thank you.

Hello Larry. The manufacture says if the unit does not reach high speed spin, then the door lock assembly could be the problem. The pressure switch should not affect the high speed spin. Hope this helps.
