Dan November 27, 2016 for Model Number FDB1250REC2 Replaced the door and tub seal due to leaking at bottom of door but after replaced the seal leaks when the upper rack assembly is operating which is not all the time and there is a growling noise when it is operating , when this is operating should the door leak only when it is working ?
1 Answer Dan, The door seal would normally leak when the units spray arms are turning, or if the spray arm is clogged or cracked it could not turn properly and could be the cause of the leak. You will want to check the spray arms on the unit. Read More...
Jen W October 22, 2016 for Model Number FDB4315LFB3 The gasket at the end of the middle spray arm has ripped. I am looking for a replacement gasket but see that this part is unavailable. John September 07, 2016 for Model Number GLD4355RFS2 Like so many others here, the end of my center spray arm (rubber part) disintegrated and fell off, and the delivery tube grommet on the back wall was also decaying a bit. I've bought the replacement rack assembly and the grommet. Before I pull out the machine to get to work... - do I need to replace the delivery (manifold) tube as well to fit the new grommet, or will the original tube still work? (wasn't clear from other questions) - *how* is the grommet replaced? Looks like it willl screw onto the tube (so machine must be pulled fully out to access the back?). Does it 'snug' against the back wall automagically, or is there anything that must be applied? Thanks very much for providing this forum :-) John
1 Answer Hello John. As long as the old manifold is not broke, the new grommet will fit it. There is no need to pull out the dishwasher. Just remove the upper rack. The grommet is a slip in installation. There are no screws. These are easy to replace. If you get the grommet close to seated and give it a slight twist, it will normally pop in. You can use a small amount of liquid soap to help this install. Read More...

V December 06, 2015 for Model Number fghd2433kf1 How do I attach the middle sprayer to the middle arm?
1 Answer V, If the spray arm has separated from the water supply tube, you will need to replace the complete assembly A01986801. The manufacturer has discontinued the center wash arm assembly and replaced it with a complete upper rack assembly A01986801/ 154468502. The center spray arm snaps and locks in place on the bottom of the new rack, as indicated in the video attached to the part number. Read More...

Judy June 03, 2015 for Model Number GLD2450RDS0 The middle spray arm won't fill with water and spray because the grey connector on the back of the dishwasher is warped and the arm can't line up with it to properly seal. How can we buy and replace that warped seal?
John February 26, 2015 for Model Number FDB1500LFQ2 We noticed the dishes in the upper rack were not getting clean and thought maybe the upper arm wasn't spinning. When we removed the upper arm assembly (part #154468502) we found the gasket at the end of it that presses against the back panel gasket was disintegrated/melted. 1. What would cause this? 2. Is there a way to buy the gasket without having to buy the whole upper arm assembly? Thank you.
1 Answer John, If the spray arm seal has deteriorated then you will want to replace the spray arm as the seal is not available as a separate part. Read More...
